Duck breast marinated in pepper and garlic and potatoes fried in duck fat with a bit of honey mustard

I had two massive maris piper spuds baked with 9 fish fingers and a half a head of brocli. Washed down with 5 cans of carling. Im fucking crippled with heartburn here. Mugged off in fact

Loin of pork is half priced at morrissons today and tom. Picked up nearly a kilo today for 9 quid. Thats some good ateing.

Some of them are very nice and the grub is surprisingly good. Especially steak tuesday and curry thusday

Had a nice bit of roast Pork Belly with crackling, yorkshire puddings, mash and roasted carrots and parsnips. A noble feed

Did a beef casserole today, bud. Sauteed carrots, parsnips and shallots in some garlic. Mixed the beef with flour, salt, black pepper and mixed herbs as you recommended and then sealed it on the pan with some more garlic. Did some beef stock mixed with a small glass of red wine and balsamic vinegar. Put it all in an oven dish and put it in the oven for 3 hours. Served it up with mashed potatoes which I mashed with a little bit of butter and some fresh chives.

I smashed it, Fran, fucking smashed it.

A few mugs of PG Tips tea afterwards

I went drinking at 3pm and went at it solid till 9pm. I was also smoking pot in this time. I ordered a takeaway round 8.30 and while waiting for it burst open and ate half a bag of those large walkers sweet thai chilli crisps. The takeaway came at about 9.10 and I had a double chicken piri burger with salad and a large chip. My accomplice who I was drinking/eating with (neighbour who is a work colleague) fucked up the order earlier in the night (because he was fucked) and amidst the confusion the takeaway thought it was their fault and as a gesture of goodwill sent on an extra bag of chips, some chicken nuggets and a bottle of coke. I ate the extra chips. After all that I had a white magnum and walked back to mine (about 5mins walk). When I got in I had a cup of tea and a yellow snack. So yeah, I was close to getting sick but It has subsided now.
