Lamb burgers. I seasoned the lamb mince and spiced it with cumin and a little cayenne pepper, grated in a red onion and some garlic and crumbled in a rake of feta. Browned them off in a pan before sticking them in the oven with a large sweet potato cut into wedges. Served with a spinach, beetroot and tomato salad.

Lamb burgers are rank unless you have right good stuff

@Mark Renton, picked up some buffalo mince this morning kid, no sign of you. What’s the best thing to do with it, season it and and make a few burgers? Looking forward to it.
