Savage feed in the castletroy park hotel. Salmon salad starter, beef main (had to be angus) with red cabbage, mashed carrots. pavlova for desert and a coffee.
The tabata I did this morning is rpping through these calories as I write.
Pint of bulmers in front on me now. proper limerick.

I did two hard gym sessions Friday and Saturday. Ate like a horse all weekend after it.
I cooked a big chicken curry (hyperabadi chicken to be exact) on Saturday evening after the gym. Within two hours I was eating a ham sandwich. I followed that up with a packet of peanuts and a bit of easter egg.
I got confused between yourself and @artfoley 's advice and ended up just hopping the hot water bottle off my head for an hour while skipping on hard concrete-seemed to work though.

Shared a lovely fish and chips from Borza’s in Dalkey with my Brazilian friend this evening. The queue was ridiculous though. They were calling order 25 when I ordered and I got number 44. Ah well. The unemployed man doesn’t quibble.
Had 90% of a seafood platter for two in the Bloody Stream in Howth yesterday. Good feed but Deep around the corner pisses all over it. Platter included cod balls, crab, smoked salmon, cooked salmon, garlic shrimp, oyster, salad and brown bread. All decent but not spectacular.
