I have a 9pm flight to catch back to Ireland
Had my first new spuds of the year there earlier. Salt, butter and a couple of fried eggs. Un-fucking-real.
BBQ’ed some potato wedges, mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus, and two fillet steaks (ate 1.5), and made chimi churri. Fucking unreal.
I miss the Dunph.That story about the Toulouse sausage hot dog he bought in the Milk Market was priceless!
Leftovers from dinner yesterday: BBQ beer can chicken, BBQ roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary, peas and asparagus, and homemade BBQ sauce.
