Fuck all appetite today, don’t know what the story is. Had a brown bread chicken fillet sambo earlier with lettuce and cheese, but ate fuck-all of the chinese we got. I’m sure it’ll be back to normal in work tomorrow.

Im just after atein a steak with mushrooms there,cooked it completely different to the way i usually do following some of the many tips on the best way to cook steak thread,it was medium rare id say,not certain but twas the rawest ive ever eatin one anyway,had a roll(i left the dough in) with butter on it too,smashin it was.

Rip the dough out of a roll and stick your thumb up your arse. Kev says it helps you take on carbs.

Two salmon darnes with basmati rice and a half jar of M&S Chablis White Wine Sauce there. Baked potato on the side. Glass of Oyster Bay. Great stuff…

Heading back to Galway in a few minutes. Might get a McDonaghs mackerel and chips to see if it will improve the hangover a bit.

- a roasted carrot and parsnip
- Ball of stuffing
- 2 roast potatoes
- smothered in gravy.

Ah carvery, superb, there used to be a carvery thread around here somewhere. Got a great carvery in Tullamore last Sunday, chicken and mushroom vol’s, with all the trimmings, lovely job. Sampled the the carvery in the botanic house there recently, Sunday roast nearly as good as the mother would make.

Thats the one, scumpot and NCC would be familiar with it as its the haunt of many a Dublin inter county footballer post match.
I lived not far from there. Used to be a decent trad session on there of a mid week night and the grub of a Sundays was good alright but then I got in a disagreement with the bouncers one night and never went back.
