Ravenous

Steak (fried, 3.5 mins, medium), roast baby potatoes, broccoli, fried tomatoes, and a leftover scelp of bacon. Decent feed.

I also put together a chicken rogan josh with a green saffron spice packet that I think @Fagan_ODowd recommended. Threw in a few extra chillies, baby potatoes and some chick peas at the end. Smells unreal! Will report tomorrow.

I did one of these Jalfrezi’s at the weekend and it was just off the fucking charts. Threw a rake of diced lamb and veg into a slow cooker along with a jar of Green Saffron Jalfrezi, popped in a can of coconut milk and let it work away for about 6 hours. Was as good as you’d get anywhere

About 3 or 4 years now we’ve been on about that place… Fagan wasn’t in the right place for it back then but he clearly is now. I wish him well.

A swing and a miss

Most nights before hitting the bed I’ll have this bedtime snack… A large spoon of almond butter mashed with a ripe banana and sprinkled with cinnamon.

Just devoured it there.

That’s fine, pal. Just as long as it is noted that I was ahead of the curve I don’t mind.

I had a Boost Bar with a cup of tea at 10pm.

I just had a pitta with rosemary zamora cheese, fresh basil pesto, sliced chorizo and balsamic pickled onions… Unreal.

I just had 2 marks and Spencer salads. The were nice but it just ain’t right. Gonna go for a pint now I think

beef stew here, unreal, I knocked togehter a massive pot of it, piping hot, after three or four mouthfuls I take a swig of ice cool milk, straight out of the carton

Straight from the carton😁 theres still some roaster left in you pal. Im cooking beef stew tomorrow wuth some savage lidl brown bread. What do you throw into yours and do you fry the beef a little 1st?
