Sorry lads. Great browny points for Iron Mike this evening. Leg of lamb in the oven for four hours at140 degrees. Thrown in 2 fine glasses of red wine on top. Roast potatoes and mushrooms. Might even get the leg over tonight

@TreatyStones I bought a few jars of that Green Safron curry sauce from the market today, never tried them but when i saw them i remembered you banging on about how good they were.

I bought the packet of dried spices yesterday - gave the jar a miss. Will let you know how it goes.

Top class roaster dinner there now,lamb cutlets seasoned and browned in the pan into the oven for 40 mins,flowery spuds,carrots and parsnips a few peas and some onion gravy I’m fuckin stuffed,tenderest lamb I’ve ever had

They must have been cremated

I was thinking the same. Sure if you were doing them on the grill it would be for 5 or 6 minutes either side.
