Ravenous

The man is a proper fucking scientist now fall in.

Also, there is no such thing as “sealing in the juices”.

What qualifications has he in science?

He has honorary degrees you fuckwit, my dog is better qualified in science. An English prick telling the French how they have cooking all wrong? His greatest contribution to cooking the snail porridge and bacon and egg ice cream? What the fuck is wrong with people? Look at his youtube video cooking a steak, its about half an inch thick, that’s the way anyone would cook it, even simpletons.

If you use proper meat all you need is a pan.
Humans aren’t meant to eat 1kilo slabs of beef.

It’s only American lard arses that need this explained.
My 300g rib eye deserves a bit of respect, not to be fucked into the oven by some dumb yank because he needs 10 minutes to melt a ball of synthetic cheese.

YouTube? Is that where you learned to cook Budweiser chicken as well?

You called him a proper scientist. Scientists like any other profession typically have earned qualifications. Would you hire a plumber because they once had a pint with a real plumber?

Next time you are in a good restaurant, go into the kitchen and ask them how they cook their steaks, or ask a chef if you know one. You will get the same answer from all of them, grilling on a covered grill (or a barbeque as the yanks call it) is #1, but assuming the restaurant doesn’t have a covered grill, oven roasting is the preferred method. No properly trained chef pan fries a good steak.

It’s “les rosbifs” (plural, geddit), and its not intended as a compliment.
