Your oven is mid range like mine (not that it matters, they are all the same), unless you have a Miele/Wolf/Viking/Thermador no point boasting about it. As I thought you are bluffing like the glas character, making claims with no evidence to back it up. Your oven doesn’t go to 280C, deal with it. I’m sure your surprised that a German manufacturer would lie to you about anything, but may I remind you of Volkswagen, or better yet Bosch who Volkswagen are suing for lying to them and who own 50% of Seimen’s appliance business.

You’re wrong here bud. Our genes have adapted over time. 95% of Northern Europeans can tolerate cow’s milk. Only 1 person in 20 is intolerant. You’re statement is more true for Asians.

Asians hate the smell off Europeans… They think we smell like sour milk. In @Brimmer_Bradley’s case, I imagine that to be very true.

My comment had nothing to do with lactose intolerance or the mutation that allows most Europeans continue producing lactase (the enzyme that breaks down lactose) in adulthood (2/3 of the world’s humans are intolerant, not just Asians). Cow’s milk is biologically designed for feeding calves, to develop them into 400 lb lumps of meat. Unless you want to be a 400lb farting dumb lump of meat there is no reason to drink cow’s milk. More to the point drinking milk produces massive amounts of excess mucous which is why people in Ireland and other countries that feed their children cows milk are constantly sick with respiratory viral infections.
