I’m sure he can find some ESRI report on eating :D:D

That’s what Dublin needs is an English Market, the area between Moore Street and O’Connell Street would be an ace location. Proper Irish produce at reasonable prices would bring the vibe back into this part of run-down Dublin imo.
Limerick are getting one in the not too distant future…
Chocolate bullets and guns will be on sale from one of the stalls I hear.
it will beat the stolen tools and fireplaces that are currently on sale there
My appetite wasn’t nearly as insatiable today as it was yesterday. Today’s consumption was as follows:
Breakfast: Wheetabix with oats (minus a banana today which was unfortunate really)
Lunch: Two ham salad sandwiches and an obligatory cup of tea
Dinner: Stuffed pork, mashed spuds, carrots.
And i haven’t picked at anything in between. Hmmm…
What height and weight are you Dunph
Don’t dig too deep Puke or you might get burnt… by the molten lava…
I might be getting my geography mixed up alright, the one right next to one of the English Market entrances is the one I’m thinking of.

Ya its fantastic. I live reasonably close, but i still make the same mistake of going into some centra on the way home if i need food. But recently i’ve put away some time every week to go down and get a load of fruit and veg, and maybe some mince, fish and chicken. 48 yo yo’s got me some amount of food there last week, the veg will last till next wed-thurs, meat is in the freezer but i may have to get fruit in between. More or less two weeks food for 48.00, thats good.
Your right, it would make a world of difference to Dublin.

About 1800 calories maybe Dump, if no snacking thats good going. A little light if you play sport though. Do you?

You may not have noticed, but we are having a discussion about food, and in turn the cost came up through Ben.
Now fuck off and inject yourself or something will ya, we know you don’t need to eat.
Yes i do. And i haven’t a clue what 1800 calories is like, would it be a good thing or bad thing? I’m totally clueless when it comes to that sort of thing. Are you saying i should be eating more calories?
Only problem with Dublin is that people get settled into the suburbs for shopping and basically living. I work with folks that haven’t been to town in years for anything. I go to town for nearly absolutely everything, any excuse, I’m definately in the minority though
My country cousins think that I’m an absolute freak because I walk from Mayfield to Cork City whenever I’m down there. They still go into town for everything though, they drive the few minutes.
Seriously Puke to answer you’re question:
I’m north of 6ft and lighter than Flano*
Why do you ask?
*Take note clg…
Calories are a load of bollix Dunph, just keep active and eat whatever the fook you want (with a side of green), thinking like that has kept me in medium Ben Sherman clothes for years!
Ben’s cousins know the score

Just wondering what your height and weight were compared to the quantity of food you eat…
no real reason

a discussion about food that turns into how you set aside time each week to go to a certain shop/market, are you really that boring that the fact that you set aside some time to go to a certain shop is something that you need to share
another thing that is perplexing me is that you seem to be alluding to the fact that you eat certain foods while you train & seem to imply that you take your training/lifestyle seriously
correct me if im wrong but you dont even play stick hurling or rugby at a decent level but you seem to be talking on a few threads as if your some sort of decent sportsman- the fact is that your not- youre far from it- you play minority sports & your bad at them, further to that i would have a smidgen of respect for you if you were a layabout/drunk/fat fuck & played at that level as that would suggest hat you have talent but dont give a shit- unfortunately it appears that you give a shit but your not talented
to summarize - you disgust me

Ah but this is English Market shopping NCC, a cut above you’re usual supermarket shite!
The mam brought home a shedload of Clonakilty pork ribs and a side of ham from said market. Best ribs that ever pass my lips come from that market.

What’s your own intake like compared to your height and “mass”?
