She was filleted after the dublin riots. She was a lady who probably had eyes on the leadership of fg at some stage but her performance particularly since she cane back after the second sprog has been nowhere near the standard required She’s up against an ex ag tonight. The only thing she has going for is that McDowell is about as popular as a heart attack

She isnt sharp enough for her role in my opinion. Its a classic tick the box appointment as minister for justice.

She isnt doing a good job.

Your man Roderic is worse mind. I don’t think he is able for the position that he is in at all.

If you were to go out of your way intentionally to make a bollix out of the communication around immigration. I don’t think you could do much better. Is he a complete simpleton or does he just not understand anyone outside of his constituency.

I thought McEntee did fine there tbh, in as far as the government position goes. The fallback argument seems to be that we shouldn’t hurt people’s feelings by excluding anyone from the definition of family.
Helen says the courts can handle all the challenges, why not let them do that then, as in the O’Meara case?

The necessity of this referendum is lost on me, but it seems this government want a feelgood day out in Dublin Castle for themselves, and sure someone else can figure out the rest after if they inadvertently mess it up.

Shes "uncontravertial’ and seemed to be plodding along nicely but the recent unrest regarding drew Harris and the so called "immigration issue " coupled with the riotsxhas dumped a whole lot of shit on her desk

She absolutely destroyed McDowell there.

McDowell was like the college lecturer schooling one of his undergrads there. He repeatedly found holes in her arguments.

McEntee had to even throw Neale Richmond under the bus to save face at one stage.

Thank God for the unbiased coverage you’d only find somewhere like TFK

Kneel has really driven the NO votes forward in fairness to him.

Surely as the minister who guided this through The Oireachtas Roderic O Gorman should be front and centre in getting these amendments over the line? I may have missed it but don’t recall him doing any debates.

Very pertinent point. As usual, he is nowhere to be seen.

He can fuck right off with his watery durable relationships. No one in their right mind should be voting yes to that.

An undefined term.

There always seems to be a sinister undercurrent to criticism of Roderic O’Gorman on here

Norma on the zeitgeist here with references to 1973 and 1976

1973 was a great year in fairness.

Give us some arguments to the contrary so please, I am all ears

I’d agree he hasn’t performed well on this referendum topic, but going back since he became a minister criticism of ROG has always contained a certain level of bile compared with other male ministers.

The entire pile on against him across the INTERNET has an extremely sinister undercurrent to it. It’s very much driven by fascists.

The replies to this tweet are a case in point. A who’s that of fascist bots and trolls.
