You’ll probably be able to drive all the way into Havelock Square and park there

Coming in on M4 around 5pm-5.30pm

And especially when his lot are all for letting fellas in dresses free rein in her safe spaces.

Where in the ground are your seats?

Our new season tickets are the bath avenue entrance. Its a 15min walk from the point depot, through ringsend. Hit the m50drive north, go through port tunnel, point depot car park is 500m after the tunnel. We left the gaff last time about 6.30 and were in the seats in 45/50mins

South Stand Lower.

Point carpark sounds like a workable plan.

If you’re rob heffernan

Not at all. Cut through East Link into Ringsend and stroll along the Dodder brings you to Bath Avenue. Easily 15 mins

Rob heffernan would take longer. He’d stop outside the shipwright for a while to wave a flag.

I’ve parked in Irishtown on street parking a few times. Took the hit on the Port tunnel and east link charges but you’re in and out quickly

Think you’ll have to walk around and enter from the lansdowne road gates. Longer walk if coming from the point. I’m shocked that @Horsebox hasn’t been on to offer his driveway.

Not sure who you’re travelling with but a train in from Maynooth / Leixlip to GCD or Luas from Heuston to Point with an easy walk would be nice easy options for you to avoid post match traffic.

Thanks for that. Checked that out but trains to Maynooth seem to thin out a lot after 9. If miss first train, could be waiting another another hour with youngish kids.

Yeah it’s not worth it mate. I’ve started driving in because of it - been caught out a few times.

If you can find somewhere that means avoiding the canals on the way back out then you’ll be grand. If you’re in the South Stand you could always try around Herbert Park Hotel and the make tracks for Dundrum from there to get back on M50.

They stop the trains from GCD and Lansdowne road for an hour or so after the match but you can walk to Pearse and get one.

They don’t stop trains from Lansdowne

There’ll be a decent crowd at this judging by the traffic and footfall around Ringsend.

Around 30k they’re saying. All the bottom tier is full* and the top of the far stand is half full. Good start by Ireland.

*by LOI standards so pockets of empty seats.
