Ruud Van Nistelrooy has retired from professional football at the age of 35. I was pissed when he left United back in 2006. Some great memories of his goals at United. Did it at Real for a couple of seaons after he left United. :clap: :clap:

Choice was him or Ronaldo given their stand off and Ruud had become a clown on the training ground.

Given the fact that Ronaldoā€™s goal guided Utd to a Champions League title and three EPL titles before returning ā‚¬94m to the club I think it was a decision well taken.

United are stronger than last year sure. 9 points more than last season. It was just that you had a better goal difference at the end of 38 league games. Fergie has run off better men than Mancini thats for damm sure.
