Retiring GAA Stars tribute thread - May cause brain/neck damage

Haha. Someone has been sending you on wild goose chases :joy::joy::joy:

I think that one might have gone over your head.

Ya, for sure

Back on track.

I thought gallagher was excellent and was the bedrock for for that donegal team. He won ball, gave the hits, knocked back the opposition kickout and never gave an inch. A warrior.

Yeah. They missed him massively when he was injured.

Could kick a point too.

Oh he was a good ball player too, not just a big man but it was not his first contribution to the team.
One of my favourite players of the big 4 period since 2011

Marty Clarke calls it a day at 29.

Club football as well?

Yup.

Figured as much as he was practically finished with intercounty anyway. A massive shame.

That’s a sickner, a class act on his day.

Was it injury problems?

Addison’s Disease.

That’s tough, very classy player on his day

Michael Meehan back on galway panel?

Just confirmed on newstalk

If he is in decent nick thats a massive vhange up for them.

Has he been playing for Caltra?

Galway have real potential in their forward line. If Meehan is even half-fit, that’s a serious add-on.

If they can become less tactically naive, they can be serious dark horses this year.

For Connacht?
