Probably his only game in croke park? And he took some great scores, why not mention it. What county are you from by the way?

That’s it?
The only thing I remember about that match against Donegal was that it was played with the same intensity as an exhibition match.

You tell me, know it all.

You might have a read of Brian McEniff’s comments.
Don’t know. Browne never really had to do it against top opposition in a pressure situation, the likes of O’Hara, Dolan and Forde did. Paddy Bradley certainly did. The lauding on Browne is based so much on subjective viewpoints of the nature of what he would have done with a better county. The fact is there remains too much unknown about him and he achieved fuck all in his county career.
Sure you did pal, sure you did
He scored 0-05 from play in that match.
In the 1998 munster final Seamus Moynihan couldn’t handle him so Kerry double marked him. I’ve seen him win plenty of matches for Tipperary.
Your ignorance does not make an argument.
All your spoofing about Totti, please list the honours Roma have won with him in the team.

I’m not arguing that he’s not a good player. I’m debating the fact he is so highly regarded, more than players who have a lot more to back such a standing in the game. Paddy Bradley is a prime example.
Why, what has Paddy Bradley won with Derry?
I was at the Tyrone-Armagh match that followed it as well as the Dublin-Armagh match that followed the Donegal v Tipperary match referenced. I didn’t bother my hole to get in for any of either of the matches involving Tipperary because I have a condescending attitude towards Tipperary football, which I consider to be shite, and stayed in the pub to drink instead.
Along with the other 40 odd thousand jackeens.
2 National League Titles
Reached an All Ireland semi in 2004
Third all time top scorer in Ulster
40 thousand people weren’t wrong.
Joe Higgins was a splendid player.

Yeah, the game was played with zero intensity in a 80% empty stadium. It reminded me of the quarter finals Kerry have been involved with in the last two years against Cavan and Galway, no real intensity to the match at all. How would he do when there is something at stake against good opposition? Which brings me back to what I’ve been saying, there is too much unknowns to back it up, Paddy Bradley has been there and done it, so have the likes of Dolan and Forde.
For a defender that is so highly regarded, Moynihan seems to have taken some roastings over the years.
