Ger Canning got some kick out of saying his name in the game against Tipp.

There was a Roger Mounsey played for Tipperary in the early 1960s. A relation perhaps? Seems to be a few of them around Nenagh.

It’s pronounced ‘Munsy’ in Toomevara as far as I know.

If you spot one Mounsey there’s bound to be a load more nearby.
