Rip Off Ireland - A thread for rip offs

Whohasthebelltolledfor.ie

Is a 100 euro not reasonable? It was 250 for the times

I think it was 30 euro I paid for a notice from outside of Ireland.

Where is Ben Dunne when we need him. Remember his gym ads, and he had some kind of buy and sell site that never took off as well.

“Ben Dunne Deaths DOT EYE EEE”

Ironically, if you search rip.ie you’ll find where Ben is

The lads who own the Irish Times bought this. They’re going to have to look at their newspaper as the people aren’t buying it.

They’re already finding an alternative by buying the likes of RIP.

They could get out of the newspaper business altogether, they’ll make a fortune here. I think this and DAFT.ie are the only the reason my mother learned to use her phone. Whatever they paid for it is cheap.

Ok, I’ll ask the stupid question.
What are we looking at there as I must be making a mistake.

It’s all Dutch to me anyway.

Netflix started with mailing DVDs. This sounds like a genius plan

It looks to me that 450 Egyptian pounds are equal to €8.52.

It’s only hearse-ay that the undertakers are upset about this.

They’ll have no problem with their clients coffin up the extra €100.

They’ll be advising that it’ll be a grave mistake not to take out an ad on RIP.

Undertakers make unbelievable money on a funeral.

At this rate there won’t be much left in the trust

Watch the IT do deals with larger funeral homes. Competition won’t work here.
