It’s on the Player. Knock yourself out there with Audacity. I was going to do it for you but then I figured I wouldn’t bother.

Calm down princess. Thanks.
Great punditry from Banty.
Bernard Flynn was caught up in emotion near the end.

‘Best point I’ve ever seen’

Id be happier if John Murray never got out of his depressing bed.

I’m struggling to think of a better one in a similar pressure situation, perhaps Cassidy a few years back against Kildare.
I had the match on TV and the radio in the kitchen. heard the boys eulogising about the best point ever and rushed into the sitting room. Was disappointed enough when i saw the replay

Watching in disbelief as that shot kept carrying over the bar is such a vivid memory in my mind. It was like it happened in slow motion. I think that 2011 Kildare team was the peak of the McGeeney era.
The thing about the point he hit today is that it would have cleared the bar had it been taken another 10-15 yards out still. Harte scored an absolute monster point last year against Tipp last year too.

As Jimmy Magee used say about Peter Canavan - he is some footballer.

Fitzgerald in Thurles in 2001 is probably up there.
Donaghy against Dublin in 2011 is definitely up there.
Jack Sheedy got a great one for Dublin against Meath in 1993 with the last kick of the game.
Paul Clancy’s winner against Armagh in 2001 was another great pressure point.
Derek Duggan, Larry Tompkins and Eamon McEneaney kicked monster frees to equalise games with the last kick.
Only three of those I’ve listed were from play, however.

Johnny McGurk’s winner for Derry against Dublin in 1993 is another.
I detest her. She’s plain useless.

She is indeed, but then they all are.

She’s really talented and a lovely person. More power and continued success to Joanne.

Joanne is a cunt. Got the gig because of her gender and not her broadcasting ability or sporting knowledge.
Licks the hole off the rugby set while she has no problem putting the boot into the salt of the earth GAA or football lads.

The sheer hatred in this post is wonderful. I was on the fence about Joanne, but this has convinced me, she cant be all that bad.
