Well - Olding has just said McIlroy claimed he had a bj off hte girl at lunch…after them saying they never had a discussion at all at lunch. So they are lying. They cannot both be correct - Jackson and Olding. One, or both as I suspect, are lying.
I think there are probably elements of both us all the statements, including the complainant’s
More probable that they cant remember half of it and have cobbled together bits and pieces between them and are all over the place — Olding had a serious amount of drink taken.

I’m talking about Jackson and Olding directly contradicting each other in their testimonies. Leave her testimony out of it for five mins.

Sure is - I suspect they’ve targeted him as the weaker link - target him to cave re Jackson. It’s enjoyable to read to be honest, considering the girl was 8 days under this kind of scrutiny.

Mr. Hedworth QC closes his cross-examination of Mr. Olding by suggesting he was trying to cover up what happened on a drunken night where he went way beyond what he knew was acceptable. Mr. Olding replied:
“Everything that happened was completely consensual”.
It’s not biased.
It’s what actually matters
How can he not know if his clothes were at home or not? Where else would they have been that he wouldn’t have taken himself? He lived at the flat alone right?

Maybe he borrowed a tracksuit to wear home - who knows. Not really clear.
Not sure how relevant clothes are as they were in Jackson’s place if not Oldings according to prosecution so police could have found them if they did their job.
I think Jackson left the blood stained sheets on his bed and then went drinking for two days after so if they were trying to hide evidence it was half hearted.
