I think it would be a credible witness as to what Jackson can be like behind closed doors given what the nature of the charge is.
It’s telling that he could not get one of his exes to vouch for him.
Only in Kev’s mind could the taxi driver have been nationalist but the girl could not have been raped.
She didn’t include the oral rape details when she was examined by the SATU. That test has to be done within 24hrs.

They’d be far more compelling character witnesses than those he called. Maybe his exes have seen his dark side?

However the rest have some smarts on some level. They just seem sheltered and lack life experience it seems or live in a bit too of an idealistic world. They have biases and what not. But alot of this is just too far and step outside their box

They are all lying on some level.
Other than the girl herself lying which is criminal, if he is lying about that they I think he should face some sanction.
It does not mean he raped her though

It’s not a yes or no. It’s that there are conflicting stories with numerous plausable reasons
There is nothing to suggest she is lying about her allegation, her story has been consistent for the most part and stood up to 8 days of cross examination.
There is everything to suggest that the 4 lads have all told lies in the statements they have given to the police and court, they are all contradicting each others stories and all contradicting the version of events relayed by independent witnesses called.

I’d fairly agree with that synopsis. Harrison takes stand in the morning, RTE news said. I hope he does the honourable thing and tells the truth… not sure if the friends he’s covering for would do the same for him or are worth it.
