Basically, taking the issue at the heart of it out if it completely I.e. consent of the acts, the rest of the complainant’s version is making sense and undeniably the most credible.
It is backed up by the witness re their position they were in… sex from behind with jackson, bj for Olding as complainant said, the forensics saying she didn’t wear the underwear while vaginally bleeding meaning she wasn’t bleeding beforehand and did put the underwear in her pocket like she said, the taxi being called at 4.58 from outside the house and picked up at garage… would suggest Harrison did go after her, like she said, their messages the next day re flutes upstairs and spitroasting, lots of it, would also back up what she said happened upstairs and the taxi driver confirming she was exceptionally distressed in taxi and Blane calling Rory meaning he hadn’t gone to bed as they said.
Re consent, still debatable, not in my opinion but in others which is fair enough to believe what you want to believe… but the rest of her story makes far far more sense given timelines and call logs. If the jury decide based on credibility, the girl trumps them on these aspects anyway.

How? Her story, taking the acts out if it is backed up by every other aspect… none of theirs are. And if they are lying about the other aspects, why would a jury believe them on anything else? The only thing suspect in her account is the account she gave to the medical… she also rectified this in the statement, saying she genuinely didn’t know if Olding did or didn’t as she couldn’t know who was doing what to her. Taking rape trauma and that she might have wanted to tell the doctor another man, just in case if she was uncertain of infections/risks etc. It can be easily explained. And she testified to that in court. The other problems for prosecution involve police investigation, but that’s not a reflection of the girl’s credibility.
If you look at it as a them v. Her.
But it’s not. It’s clearly about 5 different stories.

I suppose this can all be put down to trauma or slut shaming or whatever else is used to stifle logic and sense.
