Rugby World Cup 2019 - Ireland shit the pot all over again

Not good optics for the rugby gatekeepers, the scummy soccer crowd will have field day on it.

Thatā€™s if Irelands game goes ahead

It will. It looks lime Scotland v Japan and England v France may be the games in trouble now

The irfu should put the fact we donā€™t have typhoons on the next application for the rwc

Itā€™s not quite a dead rubber though in the sense that the game could decide who tops the pool.

Any mention of typhoon brings a wave of nostalgia.

Press conference at 0400 to announce the backup plan

It would be great if one of the tfk young dads were doing a night shift and could update the forum

I normally rise around 5am. Iā€™ll post an update if I think of it.

Thatā€™s great

Myself and @Lazarus usually go to bed at about 5am - independently and in different places, obviously

So between the three of us we should have the big announcement covered

Who will finish top and who are the likely quarter final opponents?

The scummy soccer crew will have a field day with this news :rage:

Qatar

Huh?

Soccer can hardly be criticizing anyone for bizarre choice of location

I donā€™t think the scummy soccer crew would be criticising Japan, as a location? Iā€™d imagine theyā€™ll go after the farce brought about by cancelling vital games in a world cup.

Announcement imminent.

Alan Gilpin is running through a list of the matches from this weekend and the impact the typhoon will have on them:

Australia v Georgia will go ahead.

Ireland v Samoa will go ahead.

New Zealand v Italy will be cancelled.

England v France will be cancelled.

It appears Japan v the Scotch will go ahead. Apologies, Iā€™m relaying this information as Iā€™m getting itā€¦
