Russia Vs Ukraine (Part 1)

Quelle surprise that lads here think a European democracy should be sacrificed just because they wouldn’t have been able to pick it out on a map a month ago, and therefore it doesn’t exist.

The moral depravity of the west writ large.

Has anyone yet questioned the unmasked Ukranians huddling in bunkers with no social distancing?

Fuck up

They are the lads they’d use to attack a NATO base

A few lads are very quick with the ‘acceptable losses’ angle no matter the situation

It’s very funny in one sense that the same lads that spend their lives shouting at “free staters” at supposedly “abandoning” northern Catholics are now shouting “abandon Ukraine, give Putin what he wants”.

In one sense.

In another, much more important way, it’s fucking grotesque.

Who could have guessed that the lad who has never met a far right conspiracy theory he doesn’t like and wanted a war of extermination against northern Protestants would be in favour of the same against Ukrainians.

Everybody.

What an utterly pathetic human being @glenshane is.

The same lads think a turgid loudmouth being kicked off a forum for constant spamming is Nazism. They think Justin Trudeau is a Nazi.

Putin’s a grand fella though in their world.

As a Laois man most losses are acceptable to ya.

Oh that rattled you.

You must be seething after walking into that one.

Into what?

What if Ukraine itself choses this option?

Tis their right to. The cunts are at fault anyway for seeking independence and free governance

The let it rip merchants are happy for innocent Ukranians to be slaughtered once it doesn’t affect them. Only if Putin closes the pubs will they shout ‘enough’.

Grow up

They are hiring mercenaries

They couldn’t possibly choose this. Neither could Sweden or Finland choose not to join nato. Sid has pronounced it.

“Trust Putin, he’s an honest broker”

The lads want Putin in a jail cell and the risk of a thermonuclear war that ends civilization is a risk we just have to be willing to take.

The same lads thought taking off masks in January was a little too risky.

Anybody who has paid a cursory glance at history since 1945 or who listens to or reads anybody who has worked in the military or intelligence community, the heads of NATO etc know that everything we do and don’t do has to be always be aimed at avoiding a nuclear war.

So while lads who hid under their beds are free to engage in white knight fantasies the people who are entrusted with ensuring there won’t be an exchange of nuclear warheads don’t have the luxury of that and have to work and make decisions in a world where getting this wrong wipes out 7 billion people.
