Are these ‘liberated’ areas part of self proclaimed people’s republics?
Weren’t these “ Peoples Republics “ happy under the Russian leaning Ukrainian leaderships before 2014?
Is it fair to say they started to make noise militarily then once Vlad sent them on weapons and plenty of training.
Shakhtar Donetsk will surely be buzzing in the glow of this incredible counter-offensive ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League clash against Celtic. Not to mention the confidence they’ll have taken from winning 4-1 in Leipzig last week. They’ll be like men possessed. In that sense, I wouldn’t mind seeing the Russians inflict some serious damage on the Ukrainians in the next 24-36 hours, just to put a half to their gallop on the battlefield and the pitch.

Ukraine is going to win this. Absolute fucking heroes. Hopefully someone knifes Putin before he goes for the nuke. Although the humiliation of the army has to reflect on Putin and his authority. If he ordered the nuke at this stage they might even have the balls to say no.

Armenia really is in a very unfortunate position geographically. The Turks hate them and love the Azeris and they basically have no choice but to be a reluctant ally of the Russians, which is not where you want to be, especially right now.
Russia are an ally of Azerbaijan
If you have business to do, now is the time to do it. The West ain’t taking on anymore problems than they absolutely have to. Armenia are Russian allies and the West ain’t going to be sending money to Azerbaijanis either. Azerbaijan smelling weakness from Russia (even though Russia was reluctant to act last time anyway because the Azeris bought a shit load of weapons off them).
The Russians are holding together not just their own country but their allies like Belarus on the basis that if the shit hits the fan their massive army will rock on and smash shit up. If the illusion of that is shattered, then there are a whole pile of peoples who have been waiting for their chance
Turkey might get involved here as well.
