Your original point was that there was a peace agreement that was or could have been reached two years ago and prevented the war in Ukraine, that it could still be reached now. That’s complete bullshit and it shows you’ll believe anything. You also said millions were dead which shows the level of grasp you have on the situation.

This has been widely reported. The agreement was essentially the same as minsk ii, which Russia, Ukraine, the U.S. Europe, and the U.K. had already signed. Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande were caught admitting that minsk ii was nothing more than a ploy to build up the Ukrainian military. It’s extremely childish to keep denying reality just because you dont like it.
The agreement was initialed by both sides, prior to formal signing by zelensky and putin.

So you believe Putin was going to call a withdrawal from the territory they had just taken over?
If this peace agreement meant a full demilitarisation by Ukraine then Zelensky would have been a special type of idiot to agree to it.
Putin wanted to make peace mate, why do think he signed a peace treaty, the west forced him to attack, Putin is a reasonable man warr isn’t in his interests, nobody actually wants war except for the Americans, the west forced Putin to commit to the destruction of Ukraine as a nation, he has no other option because NATO was advancing on him, what do you not get about this?

Those are the authors interpretations of negotiating positions, proposals and opening gambits. They weren’t what was agreed.
