Ryder Cup 2014 - Gleneagles, Scotland

Europe in control so far this morning, I expect Poulter and Gallacher to turn there match around could be 4-0 to Europe here.

Spieth & Reed 2 up after 6

Europe up in 3 matches dominating proceedings here.

Apart from the red bit

There up in 3 matches kid, they are dominating.

Your biting, your seriously rattled here, let it go mate.

This is a horrible course. As I said with Ewen in commentary earlier, there’s way too much sand in the bunkers and every ball is plugging. It made Kaymer look a fool there as you can’t play any shots from them. The greens are painfully slow too.

Not at all mate. Garcia and McIlcunt are only ahead due to a 1 in 100 bunker shot and Reed and Spieth are all over “Seve” and Gallacher.

Gallacher would be around +7 after 8 holes if this was stroke play.

Luke Donald watching at home in his gaff.

Spieth & Reed now 3 up. The biggest lead currently on the course

As I predicted yesterday. A master stroke by Watson

Master stroke by McGinley pairing Rose and Stenson together, in total control in the 1st match, steady golf does indeed win 4ball matches.

Bubba n Homer all over the shop

Helps when they’re opponents haven’t made a birdie in 9 holes.

They’re not even having to play well

Mickelson getting in Garcia’s head there and he misses a three footer. A/S
