It’s basically like a load of guys asking Kev something in a pub.
He doesn’t know what he’s talking about but that’s not going to deter him spoofing on as if he does - he’s holding an audience and he can’t let them down when he’s being made feel so lofty by them. All he has really done is try a milk a few nice junkets out of a shady business.
Gutter journalism done by a load of amateurs, that’s not even close to being a stitch up but it tells you a lot about the mentality of the British press.

Silly boy Sam, done up like a kipper. He was wide enough to say he would have to run any deals by the FA first but it doesn’t look good.

I think Big Sam can ride this out. He spoke a lot of shite but the only thing that they could really build a dismissal case against him on was offering encouragement to break FA rules on third party ownership.
I see three or four main replacement options. Alan Pardew, Steve Bruce, Harry Redknapp and Tim Sherwood would probably be front runners but Stuart Pearce couldn’t be discounted either. A strong combination would be Harry and Tim in a Bobby Robson / Steve Staunton type set up.

The FA will probably actually increase his pay packet on the basis that it would encourage him not to seek highly dodgy extra curricular payments from corrupt eastern businessmen.
Didn’t the NOTW do a similar type of sting on SVE a number of years back.
He probably won’t get the 400k now?
