As a Scottish soccer aficionado, you must be very excited about the day of Hogmanay derbies that’s in store tomorrow. Just looking at the fixture list there, two Glasgow derbies, there’s a New Firm, Aberdeen v Dundee United match up, a Hamilton Academical v Motherwell, Lanarkshire derby, a Stenhousemuir v Stirling Albion, Stirlingshire derby, a Dunfermline v Raith Rovers, Fife derby, a Montrose v Forfar, Angus derby, a Cove Rangers v Peterhead, Aberdeenshire derby and Stranraer v Annan Athletic in the Dumfries and Galloway derby.
Hibernian v Livingston an Edinburgh derby of sorts too.

I’m very concerned about these new South African and UK Covid variants. I hope it doesn’t affect sport, but probably best to null and void the season and start again when the vaccination programme has been completed.

This is unreal. Celtic are actually having one of the most shambolic seasons. I’m not sure if they’re exempt from this, or if they’ll have to play the academy players tomorrow night.
