There couldnāt be free booze in the casino, there must be some kind of catch or else ye must have lost serious money in thereā¦
I was up and down money like a yo-yo inside there.
I eventually came out up a nice few bob after winning a few big pots in the poker.
There was a big crowd of us in there (about 15) so I suppose some of us must have been losing money. Still though, the drink was free, regardless of how much money we lost to get it
There was, and I did.
The free booze came out as soon as we walked in, I wass up a couple of hundred(mostly MADs money from poker) and the free booze never stopped flowing
Are ye staying down in Clonmel on the Tuesday night?
There is a small group of 3-4 of us Tour lads heading downā¦
Yeah we are booked into the Clonmel Park Hotel for the night. Should be a good one.
I see the Dunph has abandoned this thread since he started getting into all this diet nonsense.
I am just back from a local west Limerick chipper. A tasty garlic & cheese chip accompanied by a quarter pounder with āeverythingā. Job.
Sad to see really. A few kebabs never harmed anyone Dunph.
With the Dunph abandoning this thread itās hoped that manaboutdog will be able to document his findings at The Pink Potato in Adare on his way home from the ācall overā tonight. The show must go on, with or without The Dunph. Thatās the way he would have wanted it.
Always found that place to be a bit of a disappointment. The use kerrs pinks for there chips instead of roosters.
Roosters are your only man.
I will be having chips tonight i would say, the diet will have to find ways around thisā¦
Thats the spirit Dunph. Iāve heard hollowing out your chips is a great diet tip. <_<
Went to donkey fords yesterdayā¦got three battered sausages and a portion of chips and a tin of pop for the princely sum of 4.90ā¦the sausages were magnificent and the tin of pop was fine and cold but the chips were dry despite the lashings of vinegar <_<
