Looks like Allegri will be getting the sack tomorrow. I rate him as a coach but he has to bear the brunt of the responsibility for the malaise theyâre in right now - the transfer strategy hasnât been smart by Galliani and Braida and they have been decimated by injuries but that doesnât atone being 30 points behind Juventus at the midway point of the season.

That is disapointing but not that surprising, he was close to the sack 13 or 14 months ago. He has done an excellent job there considering the downsizing they have done in his time with the club. A league title, second place and then and third place after losing his two key players to PSG was a very good return but they have been very erratic this season and I suppose it didnât help that it looked inevitable that he would be gone by the start of the 2014/15 season before this season even began. Looks like it will be one of Inzaghi, AVB or Seedorf to replace him
