Serie A 2013/2014

Milan drawing 0-0 at home to Bologna with 55 minutes gone. Balotelli has started which I think is very poor management from Seedorf.

From what we have seen on Honda in his early days it looks like I have been vindicated in my summation of his actual ability. He doesn’t seem to offer much at all.

Cristaldo comes very close. Seedorf is utterly clueless.

Abbiati makes a superb save. Seedorf version of Milan is making Allegri look like a miracle worker.

Bianchi now comes close. Three really good chances for Bologna in the last 5 minutes.

Pazzini for Honda. Can’t believe Seedorf is selecting Balotelli ahead of him right now.

I don’t think I can more adequately summarise how abject this Milan side than Sully Muntari trying to find Kevin Constant with a pass down the left.

Balotelli is spineless, Pazzini fashioned a great opening and he was glued to the penalty spot rather than following the ball in or making a move in.

Great goal from Balotelli but it masks over what has been a terrible display. Milan will get hockeyed by Ateltico in midweek.

The curse of Totti strikes again  Mario has just scored a goal for the ages

Absolutely appalling display from Milan. Their third win under Seeforf but their 6th dreadful display under him. Balotelli was shocking tonight, in fact all their black players are dreadful. Pazzini made a difference when he came on, his movement and work rate up front was something they were lacking up until his entry. Montolivo and De Sciglio were the only other two decent performers. If Seedorf has any sense he will just persist with the experienced Italian players, Kaka and youth team prospects from now on. Their are some terrible chancers in that side right now.

Three great chances for Inter in the opening 15 minutes against Fiorentina.

Inter looking really slick, the midfield trio of Hernanes, Kuzmanovic and Guarin has a lovely balance to it.

Compper is as bad a defender as I’ve seen.

Splendid goal from Inter. Palacio ends his drought, thoroughly deserved lead.

Great initial play from Kuzmanovic to intercept and set the attack in motion.

Very impressive performance from Inter, if they can keep playing like this for the rest of the season I can see them making a serious tilt at 3rd position.

Fiorentina level up with a goal from Cuadrado. Handanovic will not be happy with his goalkeeping there.

Icardi for Milito.

Cuadrado and Guarin squaring up to each other, hope this doesn’t carry into the World Cup.
