Sevco v Celtic ☘

Well done Ajer.

Eddy hasn’t done a fucking tap… suppose that’s why he’s on.

mcgregor under rodgers is so much better than the fud we have now

McGregor was downright idiotic to get himself sent off too. Again, it’s hard to judge anyone in this shit show of a season but he’s been very disappointing. He’s looking like someone that’s a more than useful complementary player when you have a spine of settled, leaders. But he doesn’t look like he has the personality or will to be a mainstay in his own right. Yet he’ll probably be the next captain.

Bain was shit there.

Embarrassing from Bain.

Thought he was having a good game up until then but that was someone who isn’t concentrating.

Oh fuck off Bain

Brown was poor there and Ajer jumped out of the way.

Get Forrest running at that Simpson lad on the yellow.

Celtic with a counter attack with Ajer up front and Greg Taylor on the right wing there.

No composure from Forrest there

Huge chance for Forrest.

Edouard looks hungry.

So frustrating again.

Individual errors. Poor goalkeeping. Players shirking challenges. Rash decisions. All undermining a generally reasonable performance.

We’ve been worse in the second half in most games this season. Need to be more aggressive with subs to change that particularly with their man advantage.

Rangers will slow it down now and keep possession to suck the life out of it. And Celtic won’t have an answer.

I referred to this in one of the other threads last week. All this sort of stuff is totally preventable and should be fixed by a new manager. It’s basic team selection, organisation and discipline. It should be sorted out very quickly.

This may be my paranoia, but if a hun player committed McGregor’s tackle, the ref played advantage and Celtic scored…would the ref have gone back and given the second yellow or would it have been glossed over because of the goal? I wonder.

Brown needs to be taken off here. He just doesn’t have the legs for it with ten.

We seem to have switched to a kind of 4-3-1-1 hybrid with Forrest more advanced on the left when trying to support Edouard. Turnbull, Brown and Elyounoussi narrower from right to left in the three. Their full backs could get plenty of space with that set up.

Ah it’s so obvious. He’s having a poor game anyway in a poor season but he’s way out of his depth now when they move the ball around him

You only need to think back to the last match. Aribo on a yellow with a clear professional foul. No straight red and no yellow.

Got to score there
