Shinty & International Rules Series Thread - again, yes it's happening fucking again

I wasn’t fixated on the game but he seemed to do ok tonight actually.

jusst out of curiousity sid, thats all. Dont understand the context of your reply?

If you didn’t know I’ll bring a little joy into the lives of Laois people by revealing he was voted Ireland’s Player of the Series.

I didnt honestly, so fair play to him for that. A nice fella from a good family I’d have abit of time for Colm.

I’d say that means more to him than anything else.

I dont know if it does Farmer

Was at this last night. The decision to go to the bar for the third quarter was inspired. Fourth quarter had a bit of buzz around it but overall it was complete shite.

Walsh was good in fairness but the overall inability to kick a round ball was depressing.

I’m talking generally in football Padjo. I too was disappointed with the skills of the International Rules team. I think they had a smaller ball, yet didn’t work on the basics with the smaller ball because of the tactics they were employing, its all relevant. Think Tohill was shown up myself, has he coached much before? He looked a little excited on the line, as if he wasn’t used to being there. Not trying to slag him off, i admire the man greatly, was a favourite of mine playing and is a great football man. Just curious really.

“I didnt honestly, so fair play to him for that. A nice fella from a good family I’d have abit of time for Colm.” - I’m sure he’s ecstatic with this approval. Why is mbb pretending that he didn’t watch this last night, its just fucking weird.

I really don’t see the point of posting information like that on a forum populated by strangers and weirdos, and indeed quite a number of very strange weirdos too.

Fair point, I’ll delete it if you edit your post.

A fair bit better than last week but still pretty shit overall. Kevin McKernan was really excellent, I thought. Congratulations to the overjoyed Australian supporters for staying off the pitch at the end and to our association President for saying “outstanding” 8 times in 4 sentences when handing over the trophy.

Was at this pile of scutter on Sat night-call it off now I say, Ireland are embarrassing.
Can’t kick and most are afraid of their lives.

I couldn’t be arsed starting a new thread on this. Great to see that the organisers employed the professional design skills of the goons on the celebrity apprentice to sort out the branding for this event

Where is this great sporting event taking place?

Cavan, to start with anyway.

They sent one of the teams on the streets of Dublin to sell tickets, and then the others to Cavan! How the hell is that a fair competition?

Christ, Amanda Brunker is an even bigger clown than I previously thought.

Fine doll tho.

She’s a dose…
