Its not the tackle turenne, in fact most Cork people were pissed off with the team for not piling in and showing a bit fight, saying to Kerry we ain’t taking your shit today.
The issue is with the book, and all the shite Kenneally went on with after. His name is ruined in Kerry. They were extremely pissed off with him and not being able to keep his mouth shut. All the dancing with the cup and all that as well. People felt he thought it was all about him, and then he just fucks off again straight away.
Players own utterances and their desire to play their own game as opposed to a bastardised version that is neither on nor the other. This is merely a junket and a bit of crack, listen to Darragh and Whelan last week would back this up, the trips were greatly enjoyed when it came to this, not so much the playing. There’s a skill to Gaelic, there’s a skill to AFL, its incredibly hard to pick out the skill to this thing. I’d be disappointed by any GAA man who would not like to see the interpros recovered and treated properly.
