Are clubs from small towns with populations under 2k rural?

It’s always going to depend on population. There are around 66 clubs covering a population of about 110k in Kerry outside of Tralee and Killarney.

I never said that. Have another read

All the top clubs bar Nenagh and Thurles in Tipp. Doon and Patrickswell in Limerick. Most of the Galway hurling clubs, most of the Offaly hurling clubs, most of the best Wexford teams. Carlow the same, Antrim the same
