Finally SF can take a step forward, rightly or wrongly the average man in the street has associated Adams with nothing but murder and scandal and he never had Martin’s appeal as a man of the people.

I would have thought in a party where allegations of bullying,terrorism, kidnapping, murder, bank robbery and covering up child abuse don’t seem to cause much difficulties that a bit of a extra-marital dalliance should hardly be career-threatening?
