Sinn Fein - Populism and Partionism

Tallback has been in full on attack mode today.

Never a truer sign of FG feeling the pressure.

Vile behaviour.
Itā€™s despicable that during a housing crisis those with a second property would rent it out to someone.

No, I think it makes perfect sense. Landlords arenā€™t bad people. Itā€™s unfortunate that Social Democrats and SF continue to portray them in that way though.

big difference between the accidental landlords after the recession and the REITS.

is there a good picture of lynn boylan?

Even I have limits mate

Does Gerry Adamā€™s have a wee holiday cottage in Donegal as well (I could be completely wrong)

I only use two tier bunk beds.

Look over there, its FFG

No more accidental landlords according to SF spokesperson on housing Eoin Oā€™Broin speaking in 2019.

hes wrong

He does as far as I know.

They say itā€™s very difficult to buy a home on the average industrial wage but fair play to him, he managed to buy two.

The FFG attack dogs are out pretending to be outraged by things they accept and defend in their own parties.

Iā€™d agree with you but itā€™s the kind of guff he comes out with fairly regularly about housing, making it out that itā€™s black and white, that the solutions are simple and it can all be easily solved (while opposing lots of projects) and painting it all as an ā€œus and themā€ type gig.

I donā€™t fall for it and Iā€™m glad you donā€™t either but Iā€™m sorry to say that there are many many more who are taken in by it. Perhaps itā€™s due to the the intellectual image he carefully curates which they feel the need to doff their cap to.

If they were all given full rein to go at the housing issue, would you prefer to give the job to O Broom, Oā€™Brien, Murphy or AN Other?

A no brainer to me, O Broin is the only one that will actually take on the issue and improve it.

Sinn Fein and Fine Gael are as bad as each other. Two rotten, corrupt, shameless organisations. Both need to be driven out of Irish politics.

Looks like a great win for journalism. The most noble of professions. When done right, as Philip Ryan has done it here.
