Who are we missing?
Keatly, Zebo and Jones being on the team/squad doesn’t bode well

Heaslip, Sexton and Healy are all out injured. Surprised Earls or Fitzgerald didn’t get a bench spot.

Earls shouldn’t be anywhere near it. Only just back and has little form in last few years to justify being parachuted in like a Sexton or someone.

I’m beginning to wonder why so many people think Ireland will win this 6N or have the squad to really compete at WC. The next layer of players is very weak at this level.
I’m sure it’s a calculate risk by JS to see how these lads deal with big games. Keatly is a monumental risk though. If Italy get on top in the pack and scrum and have a good goal kicker Ireland could be in for a long day.
Keatly could easily go 2/3 out of 7.

Wrong fucking thread, Kev!

Much more attractive thread title, far raise to find and I also feel Manuel will be able to offer more statistically based analysis than anyone else.

It’s like the Sigerson and Fitzgibbon. You might find less people there, but the quality is high.

Sorry.

Haven’t heard of number 1,4,8,10,12,13,17,18,19 or 23

This is an absolute disaster for @Horsebox, he’ll be severely shaken.

Why the homophobia?

It’s how real men act, get with the programme, gaylord.

I’d agree earls not being selected but Fitzgerald is supposed to be playing really well and is a very clever player who offers something different. I don’t rate zebo at all constantly runs into tackles. Keatly is also poor. Is madigan still a little light/ could be targeted by a v physical Italian side? Probably also keatly plays with Murray so may have been selected for that reason. I’d have preferred madigan though. It will be tight for a while but Ireland to pull away in 2nd half to win by 10.

Calling absolute bollix on this.

Why not?

It must be an asexual thing.

I don’t know why people keep saying this, Madigan is bigger than sexton.

He looks like a chap who “minds” himself though
