Was it last year or year before that there was more at a 4th round hurling game in Cork below in Castlemartyr than there was at any LOI game for the entire same season?
You canât compare watching a national team to a club game.
LOI is probably in the same level as Intermediate hurling and football in Cork in terms of attendance.
@twiceasnice97 - you must have forgot to mention Aidan Walshes improvement as an intermediate hurler over the past week.
one of the best counties in Oireland gate receipts were 4k for the league. That is an attendance of 66 people per game

He is an excellent intermediate club hurler and will no doubt perform very satisfactorily at premier intermediate next year if they get there. If you are somehow trying to make an oblique comment on his intercounty prospects I would point out that I have said that he would have a chance to become a very solid wing back for cork if he concentrated entirely on hurling but that is not going to happen is it.
excellent news re pat kenneally getting promoted

What does a fat, racist, aussie ex-clicky ba player have to do with the domination of the GGA in Ireland.

You wouldnât listen to me before. You are obviously a bit thick, cos of I got something as blatantly wrong as you did with me about 18 months ago Iâd be inclined to listen to a fella. But however, carry on.
What kind if a spasticated discussion is going on here. Wexford fellas moaning about being broke for weeks and now they want to eat out some of their fellow clubs on taking money from people using their facilities, if I didnât know ye better Iâd swear it was a joke.
why dont you get your mate kev to write a letter to a newspaper about it, it might get read by @Mac on some wexford hurling forum and then he (mac) could PM it to everyone here along with his ( kevâs friend kev)phone number so they can call him (kevâs friend kev) about it like what happened a few years back?
i agree on your stance on @twiceasnice97 tho,
exactly bandage. we must set a precedence and follow the guidelines exactly.
altho this new form of ground ball Gaelic football has taken off pretty well in some of the counties astro turf and indoor facilities. seems to be a good outlet for fat accountants and other types to keep playing this form of GAA at a more social level.
