As KP suggested try a magnesium supplement, I started one last week and have had a few nights deep sleep after it, woke up rested,not wrecked as often happens otherwise

ZAM, ZMA, ZMA…
Well my main man KP has never let me down before so i went out and bought some Sona Magnessium supplements today and just schwalloed one there. I’ll report back by the end of the week.
I’m wary of new posters as you know so I researched ZMA as proposed by that @Thomas_Brady character and it turns out there have been 3 studies done on it, 2 of which were completely independent and showed no benefits whatsoever and one study, which was part funded by the owner of ZMA, which found it to be awesome so I’ll hold fire on that for now.

I’ve become quite diligent since beginning my online shopping in the recent past and i’ve found that it pays off to look at research and reviews. A lot of charlatans out there.
