St Patrick's Day

Is there an insurance premium on parades?

RIP to the young lad

I believe there is.

Go on?

A great day to recreate the Sundays of your youth, when you’d be brought to the pub after a match, a large bottle of mineral, and 4 glasses be landed on a side table, a few packets of crisps.

Lovely hour there on TG4 of Geantrai. Beautiful celebration of Irish music. We’re a great little country.

Fitting

Waiting for three or four minutes for the pub to open at 4 o’clock after a match that started at 2:30 was a lovely little tradition.

Matches didn’t last very long then. 30 minutes a half, injury time wasn’t a thing then, you’d have a few seconds of it if anything at all. Half time was 10 minutes maximum.

A 2:30 match would finish at around 3:42, 3:43 at a push.

I’ve rarely been in a pub on Paddy’s Day in me life. I’d say about three or four times max.

Is that Donie O’Sullivan who they’re calling Crossy on Rte?

Happy St. Patrick’s Day my TFK brethren :+1:t2::ireland:

Limerick parade delayed 30 minutes as it had just started and while the ambulances were passing there was an emergency outside Bobby Byrnes,
5 ambulances in attendance but they had to wait for a ‘real’ ambulance to come out from the hospital
Bizarre stuff :man_shrugging:
Hope all is OK

Kyle Hayes has kicked somebody in the head again?

Frank Patterson did a much better version of it than Daniel O’Donnell.

He did.

Great to see the Princess of Wales restored to full health after last years absence.
