Is it a new trend I’ve noticed that girls seem to be bringing their gay friends (male) on hen parties? I see one lad I know and he seems to be on a hen every other weekend.

I’d a similar situation. The individual is non-binary but wanted to be a groomsman rather than a bridesmaid. They turned down a stag invite but went hen instead, which nobody took issue with as a stag full of essentially strangers could be tricky.
I’ve had friends bring gay lads on their hens a couple of times now since Covid. Doesn’t bother me one bit but fond it interesting.

Was on a three nighter stag on the continent over the weekend. A wonderful mix of beering, go-karting, beach volleyball, arm-wrestling competitions and general hi-jinks.

I don’t think there is any official early houses in Galway we got into bar an challa early enough there a few years back

No official early houses unfortunately but Tig Cóilí’s would be open from 10am, if you can tolerate trad and yank tourists that early in the day.
Pucan is your best bet for a Man U supporters bar. Nearly every pub around Eyre Square showing it will be mostly your own kind anyways.
