spot onā¦more than ever the world is deemed to be full of either winners and losers, all based on material thingsā¦people on facebook etc. wasting their life trying to convince everyone else they have the perfect life ā¦its all bollox ā¦ good family and good health are the 2 most important things a person can haveā¦
I agree that itās good to talk and Iāll be meeting @Rocko for lunch to ask him about the 10-hour bathroom sittings. Just from the anecdotes posted here, a significant number of you seem to have battled with anything ranging from feeling gloomy to more serious bouts of depression. I lead a shit life and Iām always in good form so I guess I should be thankful for that.

Ah chaps, the āI want to go homeā routine has been going on for years and itās a tradition at this stage. While I probably would prefer to go home most lunchtimes instead of returning to work, itās not really upsetting me to toddle back to the office.
