Summer Transfer Window 2009

graham barrett joins the hoops:thumbsup:

Sad to see how far he has fallen. Didnt he start and maybe even score for Ireland in a friendly under Kerr?

Hopefully will get back enjoying his football again anyway.

See MON admitting his admiration for Wesley Sneijder. Thats more like it. He will hardly come but sure slap in a bid anyway. Villa expected to sign Habib Beye and Distin this week too. Dont think Distin is much of an improvement on Cuellar or Davies to be honest

He did. I was at the match, it was a friendly with Jamica in the Unity Cup at the Valley back in 2004, think it was a bit of belter of a goal too.

That match was also notable for being Aiden McGeady’s first appearance in an Irish jersey, something I was terrible excited about witnessing at the time.
