The Mickey deal looks to be off as Suarez seems to be staying put. How one was a replacement for the other I don’t know but I still expect another twist in the story.

QPR probably paying by installments. Haven’t paid much yet so in effect very little money has changed hands. If that’s not the case then it’s a crazy deal for Anzhi. The Russians don’t seem too concerned about spending money though.

Didn’t the President of the club saying something like they couldn’t believe the amount of money QPR were willing to pay for Samba and that they snapped their hands off?
Now they seem to be paying the same amount back, although as you say there may be an installment type arrangement going on.

Baines £17m??? That is right up there with Andy Carroll madness.
Hardly…but then again what the fuck would you know…
Not quite that crazy but it is huge money for Baines. He’s a decent player but for that money you should be getting a world class defender and Baines isn’t that. Would imagine that Evra will be moved on when Baines moves to Utd.
