Ah, I just didn’t have the will to play it up. Token effort more than anything.
 you fucker
Arsenal are very quiet at the moment, have they concluded all their business in this transfer window?
Rest over the weekend and you’ll be back to yourself in no time.
They’re waiting for the Bale deal to be finalised before they announce they’ve signed Ronaldo
I heard that Ronaldo was going to be heading back to Old Trafford and that the deal was going to be funded by Chevrolet and Nike.
Liverpool fans thinking they could get a player like Willian #ROFL
Also lovely work by Chelsea getting Spurs to pay for his flight to London
Chelsea surely need to offload some players now. Persistent rumblings all through the summer that Mourinho doesn’t rate Mata. Wonder will he leave now.
@tazdedub Arsenal are nowhere near finished. Should wrap up the signing of free agent Mattieu Flamini in a few weeks.

Mourinho has always favoured directness and pace in his wide players. Mata prefers to dwell on the ball and is more of a languid style of a winger. Given the depth they have he probably is surplus to requirements but will be a fine signing for any side
Arsenal have had a busy morning, submitting audacious bids for Tottenham’s Gareth Bale (£45m), Anzhi’s Brazilian midfielder Willian (£20m), Borussia Dortmund’s Robert Lewandowski (£10m), Bayern Munich’s Brazilian defender Dante (£9m) and their own German international striker Lukas Podolski (£1m).
Ha ha ha!
mourinho actually favours sticking left footers on the right wing that cut back in…IMHO Mata is much better in the centre as a no. 10…
Real Madrid have made Mesut Ozil available for €45 million.
Arsenal have bid €44,999,999
Milan have swapped Bakaye Traore for Valter Birsa with Genoa.
Good move for Milan as they are currently a little short up front with injuries given Pazzini and Robinho are injured and Traore is a horrendous footballer. Bit disappointed about their transfer campaign this summer, they have made a number of shrewd signings but have been too frugal in their spending. They really should be sanctioning €30-€40m this summer in order to sort out a few positions. The policy in place now seems to target players in the last year of their contract and either lowballing the selling side down to a knockdown fee or waiting for their contract to expire.
They are currenlty chasing Honda, Eriksen, Sakho and Ljajic who are all in the final year of their contracts. They should really just spend the €30-40m on them and get them in now and offload the likes of Emanuelson, Robinho, Niang, Antonini, Boateng and Nocerino.
Spurs on the verge of signing Vlad Chirches now who looks an excellent defender.
Looks like the Bale deal will start a domino effect. Lamela will replace him at Spurs with Roma replacing Lamela with Adem Ljajic and Fiorentina replacing Ljajic with Croatian youngster Ante Rebic.
Twitter was buzzing this evening with the news that Juan Mata’s dad was in the Directors’ box at the Emirates this evening. He’d be a great signing. If he’s anything like his son that is.
Talk that Darron Gibson could be on his way back to Manchester United.
Chelsea confirm the signing of Will.I.An for 32M GBP.
Word is that Levy has stalled the Bale deal so the Woolwich lads can’t sign Ozil or Di Maria in time for this weekend.
