Limerick playing quite well, one of our better performances of the season tbh. Bad start but have definitely come into it.

Need Duggan to do more. Clarke a big threat bursting forward from right-back and Hery didnā€™t have a great start but is doing his job very well now.

Just back from Turners Cross.

A real gutsy effort. Died with their boots. A big opportunity missed, though. Could have been three or four down after twenty minutes but for the rest of the game we matched them and were probably the better side.

Canā€™t really remember them troubling us in the second half. Sadly we lacked some penetration and quality at the other end ourselves. Played well but disappointing to not force at least a replay.

Anyway on to Inchicore next weekend. Play like we have in recent weeks and weā€™ll be fine.

Hery is a quality player at this level. Canā€™t see us hanging on to him to be honest. Surely heā€™d get in League One or League Two sides, never mind the best LOI teams. Weā€™d nothing to bring off the bench, the squad is very threadbare.

Might have to change my view on McDonald. Has us playing some great stuff over the last few weeks. Hopefully can carry this on for the last four league matches.

Fine away following. Great atmosphere.

The ref was an utter cunt, complete homer. Gave us nothing all night. That lineslady was brutal too. Denied a blatant free kick on the edge of the box late on when he played a stupid advantage and then denied us a clear corner.
