Super Bowl LIX- The slippery slope to the Superdome

Sounds like a serious Sex addiction

Geno Smith traded to the Raiders.

Talk is Darnold is the Seahawks main target. Vikings being linked to Aaron Rodgers - FA opens next week, let the merry go round begin

Xavier Worthy arrested for assaulting a family member. Either choking them or trying to stop them breathe.

I’m sorry, I just don’t understand the Vikings getting rid of Darnold. Do they just reckon he’s not good enough? They’re that pissed off with the playoff performance? Still have confidence in McCarthey?

(Like, obviously they’re right, he’s a bottler…)

JJ has 3 years of cost control on his rookie deal, 4 if you include the 5th year option left meaning they can keep Darrisaw, Hockenson, Jefferson etc in place. He might not be as good as Darnold now but they have an excellent HC who has shown he can get solid play from average QBs.

To keep Darnold they either have to franchise tag him which is pricey and they lose another year of McCarthy’s development or give Darnold a three year deal and give up on McCarthy now.

I would see Darnold as a serious buyer beware prospect - especially as he is likely to get close to top 10 qb money

Regards Darnold, decent player, always liked him. He’ll get you into the playoffs but he’s not capable of winning the whole thing.
Like really, the more I watch the NFL the more it’s a lot of bald men fighting over a comb, in that there are only 6 or 7 or so QBs who are capable of winning the whole thing out and everyone knows who they are and they’re not available. Jayden Daniels might be a new addition to that group. Everyone else is just an also-ran. When was the last time a mid-range QB like Darnold had a play-off run to the SB?

Purdy last year

Is Purdy mid-range?

He’s hardly in your top 6?

Take Mahomes out of the top six and how many more have even made it to a Super Bowl? Burrow one time and it’s unlikely he will ever get back with the Bengals

Hurts last month.

I’ve thought of one - Jared Goff is a mid-table QB who has a decent chance of winning a SB, or at least making one.

And he already made one

Garrett decides to sell his soul.

It’s a bidniz decision

Davonte Adams to the Rams - 2 years 45 million. Had more juice than Kupp but not sure if he is still the player he was.

DK to the Steelers who love their headcase WRs. Josh Allen gets his bag.

Are the Seahawks just throwing their hat at it for a few years with Geno, Lockett and DK being offloaded?

Is that the end of Kupp with the Rams then?
