Super Bowl LVI - The intricate incline to Inglewood (Part 1)

What receivers do the Panthers have now? They were thin enough last year from my memory.

Edit - outside of Robbie Anderson. Looks like Greg Olsen has come back from Seattle too.

They were actually quite strong on paper at WR last year, DJ Moore, Curtis Samuel and Robby Anderson.
Samuel is gone to WFT, Moore has buckets of potential, anbd then of course you have CmcC

Nike have pulled the pin on endorsing Deshaun Watson while he is under investigation.
22 cases and counting after being raised against him. He sure did like a massage to have that many potential therapists.

Nike suspended their deal, Beatz have completely cancelled theirs.

Will he take a snap this season? Will texans move on from him?

Gutting for a franchise to have to cut a player due to character issues and someone can pick him up without any draft compensation.

They are a rotten organisation and deserve every bit of misfortune they get.

Be a brave franchise that goes near him now.

Having 20 odd masseuses coming out against you, and responding with 20 odd coming out for you was a strange defence.

Well itā€™s hard to see anyone taking the risk unless he can clear himself.

Championship :ronnyroar:

Three weeks to go to the draft.

This is my take on the top 15 as it stands

  1. Jaguars - Lawrence :lock:

  2. Jets - Wilson :lock:

  3. 49ers - Itā€™s a QB but which QB, is the Mac Jones talk just a smokescreen? The draft starts here and if the choice is Jones then it blows everything open as teams will be far more willing to move up to get Fields or Lance rather than Jones. Iā€™m going to plum for Fields here as he is the second best QB in the draft.

  4. Washington Football Team - (Traded the 19th, 74th, 124th pick this year and next years first and 3rd rounders for the 4th overall) Trade up for Trey Lance

  5. Bengals - They have needs everywhere - do they take an elite Oline prospect in Sewell or Slater or wide receiver - Iā€™m going for Jamarr Chase to be reunited with his college QB

  6. Dolphins - WR, OLine or best player available like Pitts or Parsons are the options here. I think given that they have 4 picks in the top 50 and this draft is deep at Oline and WR I think they may go for one of Pitts or Parsons. Iā€™m going to plum for Parsons here as he is the best defensive player in the draft and the Dolphins traded back up to get ahead of Detroit to get him.

  7. Lions - all positions are open here. WR or OLine make the most sense as 7 is too high to take a defensive player like Barnmore or one of the CBs. They could well trade out with Denver or the Patriots moving up to get Mac Jones. I think that they would be very happy that both Alabama receivers are available here but they will pick Penei Sewell who looks like a foundational piece for 10 years + and make a solid offensive line to the next level.

  8. Panthers - A roster missing high end talent aside from CMac but has a very innovative offensive coordinator. Kyle Pitts is the pick.

  9. Broncos - Mac Jones

  10. Cowboys - Patrick Surtain as the Cowboys need as much defensive help as they can get

  11. Giants - Rashawn Slater but wouldnā€™t be surprised if he goes earlier.

  12. Eagles - One of the 'Bama receivers - Iā€™m going to go with Waddle and his speed

  13. Chargers - Has to be offensive line - Christian Darrisaw seems to be a very obvious pick going off all the mock drafts out there

  14. Vikings - Defensive line so either Christian Barnmore or Kwithy Paye who looks a complete athletic freak

  15. Patriots - Heisman winner Devonta Smith falls to the Patriots.

Fucking hell

He will be with the Bucs in no time at all.

100% itā€™s not even funny at this stage.

Tom and Gronk probably told him to pull a gimpy leg at his medical. He would have no shortage of potential suitors thats for sure and Bucs could do with a slot receiver.

Isnā€™t he expected to retire?

Heā€™s 35 now and his knee injury is for realā€¦ He probably should instead of spending a year on the treatment table.

Edelman deserves serious praise whatever happens to him. When the play offs rolled around he delivered every year and always provided big clutch plays. Some of the flat track regular season bullies who think they are the bees knees wouldnā€™t hold a candle to him as far as Iā€™m concerned
