Where has the NFL been all my life?!

Its great isnā€™t it. Really turns up a notch at the business end of the regular season. Then knock out football, Wild Card weekend gets rid of the fraudulent teams and from there on itā€™s just fucking amazeballs

If theyā€™d the games on about 2 hours earlier itā€™d be perfect

Yeah I think I alluded to something like that alright. Even at this juncture Brady is what has come between the Chiefs and probably a 4th consecutive superbowl win. The Chiefs have been that good that they should be a dynasty in much the same way the Patriots were but Brady was so clutch that it has not materialised that way. People can allude to the defenses he has played with but he still needs to go out and make the throws. Thereā€™s all other intangibles as well like his leadership skills, players wanting to play with him and also the sense of dread and fear he puts into other teams when losses become wins and wins become losses (TM Scott Hanson). The unlikeliest of comebacks become probable only because he has paved the way for them so many times before and everyone can almost visualise it happening for them/to them. He is unquestionably the greatest. Maybe of any sport. His dedication to his craft, will to win and intelligence is what sets him apart. But one of the most underrated parts of his game is his bravery. With 2 of the best pass rushers mowing him down last night he didnā€™t curl up but kept slinging it. At 44 it should be a source of inspiration and not envy.

Calling tails on the coin toss was some fuck up.

Did Allen call it?

He did. Went for the ā€˜tails never failsā€™ mantra. Not clutch Iā€™m afraid.

Always call heads.

Didnā€™t Belichick once kick the ball away after winning the overtime toss??

Yes against the jets.

The over time rules arenā€™t fair.

Each team should get a possession in over time.

If a team scores a TD on their first drive after the kick the other team should have one chance at scoring a touchdown.

It gives both sides offence and defence to make a play.

Iā€™m not sure why they donā€™t change it.

Down to injuries, the longer the games go on the more the chance of significant injuries occur and thatā€™s a big league no no. But whatever about regular season both teams should get the chance to score in play offs.

Fair enough in regular season but come the play offs it has to be fair imo.

The Rams are afraid of their stadium being taken over again  if ticket allocations are all they are worried about then so be it.

Quinn, Hackett and Oā€™Connell the three finalists for the HC job in Denver.
